At Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”), transparency is important to us. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment on our platform.

1. Platform Fee

  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“safeloan.in”) charges a platform fee for providing access to our third party platform and connecting users with third-party banks/NBFCs.
  • This fee is collected solely for platform services and is not an application fee or processing fee charged by any bank/NBFC.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments made towards the platform fee are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once the payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or adjusted, regardless of:
    • Loan approval, rejection, or withdrawal by the applicant.
    • Delays or issues caused by banks/NBFCs.
    • User’s change of mind after payment.

3. Loan Approval Disclaimer

  • Payment of the platform fee does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or disbursal.
  • Loan decisions are made solely at the discretion of the respective bank/NBFC.

4. Payment Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details while making transactions.
  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“safeloan.in”) is not liable for failed or duplicate payments caused by user error, technical issues, or payment gateway failures.

5. No Chargebacks

  • By proceeding with payment, you agree not to raise chargeback disputes regarding the non-refundable platform fee with your bank, NPCI, or payment gateway.

6. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala, Punjab.

7. User Consent

By paying the platform fee, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Loan approval is not guaranteed.
  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
