SBI offers a concession on home loan interest rates up to 31 March 2024
State Bank of India is offering a concession on home loan interest rates between 15 basis points and 30 basis points and . The bank is providing lower interest rates during the festive season. Under the offer, the home loan interest rates range between 8.40% and 10.15%(for regular home loan) No processing fee will also be levied by SBI on top-up and regular home loans. Individuals must have a good CIBIL Score to avail the offer.
