1. Service Clarification

  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”) is not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution.
  • Safeloan Financial Soltutions (“Safeloan.in”) is a platform service provider that connects users to third-party financial institutions (Banks/NBFCs) for loan-related services.
  • We do not participate in loan approval, sanction or disbursal.

2. Platform Fee

  • A non-refundable platform fee is charged to use our services.
  • This fee is collected only for providing access to our platform and connecting you with partner institutions.
  • Paying this fee does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or disbursal.

3. Non-Refund Policy

  • Once paid, the platform fee cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted under any circumstances, whether or not the loan is approved, rejected, or withdrawn by the user.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

  • Loan approval, rejection, or processing is solely at the discretion of the respective bank/NBFC.
  • Safeloan Financial Soltutions (“Safeloan.in”) has no role or influence in the decision-making process.

5. Third-Party Websites & Responsibility

  • By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you may be redirected to third-party partner websites to complete your loan application.
  • All transactions, agreements, and terms thereafter are strictly between you and the respective financial institution.
  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”) is not liable for any dispute, fraud, rejection, or delay caused by third-party institutions.

6. User Responsibility

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information while applying for loans.
  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”) will never ask for sensitive data such as OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Do not share such details with anyone.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”) shall not be responsible for:
    • Loan rejections by banks/NBFCs.
    • Delays in loan processing.
    • Any financial loss, fraud, or misrepresentation caused by third-party institutions.

8. Jurisdiction

  • Any dispute arising out of the use of Safeloan Financial Solutions (“Safeloan.in”) services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in “Patiala, Punjab“.

9. User Consent

  • By making the payment, you acknowledge that:
    • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
    • You agree that the platform fee is non-refundable.
    • You understand that loan approval is not guaranteed.
